Snowflake Challenge Days 9 and 10

Day 9: In your own space, rec at least 3 fanworks you thought you wouldn't like (because they weren't your fandom or they pushed against your boundaries or you thought you just wouldn't be interested) but you ended up loving.

1) vwl's FMA fic, Nothing Gold. At first I wasn't a Ed/Ling shipper, but after reading that fic I'm starting to warm up to that ship haha.

2) Homestuck fic, Clockwork Little Happiness. I'm not really an Aradia/Equius shipper as I feel their relationship in canon was out of left field. However it's a fun story where Aradia is a super hero and how their relationship developed feels natural.

3) Another Homestuck fic, The Last Firebird. . Rose/Roxy isn't my cup of tea, but the team of that ship from [community profile] hs_worldcup did some pretty great fanworks and this one is no exception.

Day 10: In your own space, create a list of at least three fannish things you'd love to receive, something you've wanted but were afraid to ask for - a fannish wish-list of sorts.

1) Artwork for my fic We're Fading Fast, mostly either the part where Roy and Riza were dancing or when they're kissing as they made their way back to the hotel. Want to see someone's interpretation of Riza's dress, haha.

2) A Pokemon fanfic with a plot where a Champion has go to go and assassinate another Champion. When Ryano Ra first previewed his works concerning that concept in 2006 and 2007, I was sold on that idea. Sadly he's inactive in the Pokemon fanfic scene and hasn't posted any of his works since then. Lately I began thinking of doing a story similar to that idea and have the Pokemon World Tournament thing from Black 2/White 2 relate to it, but I need to think over more of the plot (and the reason why Champion A has to go kill Champion B). If someone else can write that concept I would read it right away.

3) A Homestuck fic based on this prompt, basically a story where Dad struggles financially supporting John.
